update bios after installation?

my motherboard GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 have bios version f10, if i update to last bios version (f12) affect my hackintosh sistem?

on install i used DSDT for F10 .

The DSDT for your your Board and Bios F12 isn't in our Database. If your System works fine with F10 and DSDT, why updating to a new Biosversion? Never change a running System.
