Uninstall TRIM?

hi,

I just installed trim support on my build, and after that I read some articles about that TRIM would actually slow my specific drive down. So, there maybe is a way to do this already, but I would really know how.

So, is there a way to remove trim?

The only way to uninstall is to manually patch the kext back to pre-patch state or replace it with an unlatched version.

Since I'm a total rookie here, is there a manual to find out how to do that?
Or would you mind explain to a newcomer?

I'm in the same boat. I would like to uninstall the TRIM patch. This post gives some more deatil on how to do this:

I don't know if the Snow Leopard (CD) version of IOAHCIFamily.kext has been updated for Mavericks though.

You must use the version of IOAHCIFamily.kext for the version of OS X you are running as they are always updated in each release.

Worse case you can extract it from the OS X installer packages or OS X updates using Pacifist.
