iBoot is a tool for retail installations of OS X Snow Leopard that you can get directly from Apple. You can burn it to a CD or DVD.

UniBeast is a USB only based installation tool for OS X Lion or Mountain Lion.

There are official guides on the blog. I suggest taking a closer look.

Unibeast makes a bootable version of the installer with the retail version of OS X you bought.

iBoot is for a Snow Leopard install and unibeast if for Lion And M Lion!
