Unibeast USB boot stick

I created my Unibeast boot stick and succesfully installed Yosemite with it. As I use SuperDuper as backup solution for years I usually boot from the boot stick to test if my backup is bootable. Now it happens that i cannot boot anymore from that usb sick. It starts and than goes straight away into my desktop. I have recreated the Unibeast stick but it does exactly the same. What could be wrong with it?

decribe how do you change the boot device?

in the bios with the boot priority? there you can choose efi and the normal way right?

try both normaly you need the normal way

I have disabled EFI in my BIOS. I can only boot normal. I select with F8. Also I have nothing changed on my BIOS lately.
