UniBeast UEFI USB seem unbootable?

Im no genius, but I have also successfully installed OSx on a few different machines. This is my first foray into UEFI however, and I've tried a few times, but the drive simply wont show up as UEFI bootable.

Where do I begin to troubleshoot this?

What, if anything, am I sacrificing if I went back and set it up as a Legacy Boot Installer?

Oops. Thanks. Sorry about that. This isn't a huge deal as I just went with Legacy Bios installer and got in, but I found it strange that I couldnt get a UEFI boot going with UniBeast.
