Hi there,
I'm up to installing Mojave to my brand-new PC.
+ downloaded Install MacOS Mojave.app to my 15" MBP 2015 running Sierra
+ downloaded latest UniBeast (and MultiBeast)
+ using Kingston DataTraveler micro 128GB - partitioned using GPT in order to have a partition <= 64GB
- PROBLEM: when I run UniBeast - it seems to be stuck at 'Copying Files...' screen forever. Quick inspection of USB drive says that in almost 40 minutes I got only 12MB of installer copied. As I'm typing this, it's up to about 18MB/5min which is quite an improvement, but I can't believe it's a normal thing to happen.
+ tried a no-name 16GB USB flash drive, and results are similar (only I didn't have to partition it).
UPDATE: another 5 minutes, and I have 22.3MB
UPDATE 2: another 5 minutes, and I got a jump to 535MB (and hanging there for 5 more)
I'm about to leave it overnight, but this really really seems wrong.
UPDATE 3: It completed at 5:30PM - ~100minutes. It'd be great if we had another zero in instructions, just to adjust the expectations.
I would appreciate any workable suggestion regarding USB performance.
