Unibeast; Mountain Lion - "The Installation Failed"

Hello,

I am having some issues created a bootable USB drive via Unibeast.

The install.log was to large for this forum so I have put it on pastebin, in its entirety.

Yes, I have read and completed the troubleshooting check list. Although, I could not fine a "Security & Privacy" tab. Other than that, it all checks out.
 
Well, I have followed the instructions tediously. As well as, my OSX version (10.6.8)
corresponds to the guide. The only thing I did not complete was the "security and privacy" settings. I couldn't find said preference in system preferences.
 
To my knowledge my machine meets those requirements. I ran the combo update for 10.6.8 and downloaded and installed the updater.

UniBeast 3 has been tested and works fine OS X 10.6.8 with the Apple Software Installer Update 1.0
 installed and "System Preferences - > Security & Privacy -> Allow applications downloaded from" is checked for "Mac App Store and identified developers" or "Anywhere".

Where can I find the option for number 9? I do not have a security and privacy tab in my system preferences only security and that option is not present.

P.S. I got the install a bit further but it still failed here it the new log:

UniBeast has detected that your purchased copy of "Install OS X Mountain Lion.app" is incomplete and you need to download it again from the Mac App Store.

Before you download it again, make sure that:
1) You only have one copy of "Install OS X Mountain Lion.app" and it's in /Applications
2) Your system language is English
3) You are not using case-sensitive filesystem for /Applications or the target volume
