UniBeast fails with "untrusted" error

Hi all,
i struggling to get my Mountain Lion on a USB /16 GB SanDisk Cruzer/ since i have purchased the OS last July. I have some experience installing Snow Leopard and Lion, in meaning of doing different hardware swaps i had to reinstall Lion AT LEAST 50 times. First of all hardware: GA-Z68P-DS3, Corei7 2600k, GTS450 - works OOB with 10.7.0 Lion, which now i am using to create the Mountain Lion bootable USB.

2nd - re-download Osx from purchase menu at the App Store.

3rd - format the Cruzer to 1partition, MBR, applejournaled FS.

4th - download and extract Unibeast 1.7.0 on the desktop.

5th - When running the UB i get the message that there is something wrong with the certificate: clicking "show certificate" i get the option " Always trust "Developer ID Installer: TONYMACX86 LLC", of course i check it. Underneath a click on "Trust" -->always trust on both options.

6th - Continue --> Continue --> Continue --> install --> enter credentials and immediately after clicking install i get the error "The installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer foe assistance."

What i see in the log is very interesting: lacking permissions? or untrusted source although marked as always trust?

What i also done is enabling the root user via Directory Utility.
From the Apple update i have installed the flashback malware removal tool - not sure if it's related to error.
I read somewhere that when running the app store and when re-downloading the installer i should press the "option key" - i did it -->no diference.

I would really appreciate some help here.
