Unibeast Error:Couldn't mount install ESD

After creating the partition on a new USB drive, I cannot complete the Unibeast process. I keep getting the error: Couldn't mount install ESD.
Any suggestions? I am using the 5.0.0 Unibeast, have Install Yosemite in my applications folder. I have installed Mavericks several times using same procedure with no problems using Unibeast. My board is a GA-Z68XP-UD3

I've got this same problem. I thought that InstallESD.dmg was somehow corrupted, so I ran hdiutil verify on it and here is the output.

Obviously the disk image is corrupt. Is there any way to fix this other than re-downloading? (Waited 2-days for the download, really slow internet)

The problem in my case was my DLink Router. It was corrupted somehow. I replaced it and the download went fine. It also addressed the slow network speed, I downloaded the installer in just 2 hours.
