Unibeast cant formar hd

I make unibeast usb and when i try formar ssd i get error :
Unable to write to the last block of the device.
I have ssd in good shape .
My board is gygabyte ga-x58-ud7.

Some SATA controllers have issues with AppleAHCIPort v329 (eg ICH10, 5 series, 7 series, ASMedia 1061)
Disks may fail to initialize, not readable or hot plug may fail.

But can you tel me if i need downlad some to pendrive or only need modify AppleAHCIPort 000000 in config.plist ?

now i have another error when install in hdd stop whit error : AppleUSBHostResources many times this line.

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v) and Don't reboot on panic (debug=0x100).
