UniBeast 7.0.1 not seeing USB drive

I'm having an issue with UniBeast 7.0.1 not seeing my 8 gb flash drive. I've formatted the flash drive as GUID and OS X journaled. Diskutil shows it as Apple_HFS with 7.4 GB free, so I'm not really understanding why it doesn't work. Is there something I'm missing or am I going to be forced to buy a different flash drive?

Note: I'm doing this on a 2015 MacBook Pro and have tried different USB ports.
