Redownload from Mac App Store.
UniBeast USB Creation Failed, Exiting

You need to download the install app again from the Mac App Store.

Before you download it again, make sure that:
You only have one copy of "Install OS X Mavericks.app" and it's in /Applications
Your system language is English.

Just one second... I may have understood what was the matter. If you have to use UniBeast from the same hard disk where Mac OS 10.9 lies, then I simply misunderstood the instructions of the "Install OS X Mavericks on any supported Intel-based PC". If I'm not the first user to do this wrong, maybe one sentence more in the instructions may help. I'll report back after trying the installation from the hard disk with OS X 10.9.

ok, my fault. Mavericks Installation works when UniBeast and OS X 10.9 Installation program are on the same hard disk. I already installed 10.9 successfully on my Hackintosh. After an EasyBeast installation I don't have Ethernet nor audio, but I guess that's something for another thread if I can't find the necessary drivers of MultiBeast...
