UniBeast 3.0.1 - Mavericks Installation Failed!

I download Mavericks 3 times and tried UniBeast 3.0.1 installation a lot of times! But every time the same message "Installation failed"

Any help please???

UniBeast has detected that your purchased copy "Install OS X Mavericks.app" is damaged as it cannot mount the InstallESD.dmg. You need to download it again from the Mac App Store.

I downloaded 4th time (all times from Mac App Store) and I had the sane problem!
Finlay I solved this way :

In Application folder right-click on "Install OS X Mavericks.app" --> Show Package Contents
In Contents --> SharedSupport, double click or mount "InstallESD.dmg" (pass the verification successfully and mounted)
Eject (unmount) the "OS X Install ESD"
Run UniBeast - 3.0.1 again and installation finished successfully!!!
