Guys use CPUTSCSync 1.0.3 version. Its not causing panic. If you use CPUTSCSync 1.0.5 it will definitely give you kernel panic.
I have attached the EFI. You can check. Please add your own Platform details. You need to create your SSDT using the ssdttime.exe from windows and also use ssdtprgen to generate SSDT-PM from mac.
