Unable to start installer with 16 G Ram - Start only loading with 8 G

I try to start installation in a new ssd drive and it stop after 3 lines....

if i remove a sodimm ram disk, the system start and stop after. Any idea ?

If you read your service manual, I think you will discover that your laptop does not support 16GB RAM.
