It is a config.plist attached to Post #39, put it in your /EFI/CLOVER/ folder.

No, KextBeast is for kexts.

Most of the time this error is caused by abuse/overuse of config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Fixes.

I was having the same error. I disabled all of the fixes which fixed the panic but i am now getting the error:
ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::registerLPCDriver - WARNING - LPC device initialization failed: C-state power management not initialized.
boot args were -v
A few seconds later it reboots.
I am running an XPS 420 with Q6660 EVGA GTX 750TI FTW and 2GB DDR2.
Any help would be great.
