Unable to disable verbose in config file

I am trying to disable Verbose mode, but am not finding the -v switch in my config.plist?

I do see the flag when booted in clover and editing the fields, but even if I remove -v from there it still boots verbose.

Maybe it is stored in NVRAM.
At the Clover boot screen press F11 (or Fn+F11) to clear NVRAM - The system will restart.
