Hey there tonymacx86.com,

I have some prior experience with laptop hackintoshing, but I'm no professional.

I've made the upgrade to a 2020 Razer Blade Advanced

CPU:
Intel CORE i7-10875H (Comet Lake)

GPU:
Intel UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel Processors
NVidia RTX 2080 Super with Max-Q design

Audio:
All I/O using Intel Smart Sound

Output: RealTeK (PCI ID : 0298)
Input: Integrated Microphone

CAMERA:
Windows Hello IR Camera
Integrated Camera

NETWORK ADAPTERS:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201
no ethernet :(

DRIVES:
WD Black SN770 1TB NVMe

System boots into OpenCore and I can make the macOS base system selection. I can get to the "Pre-Boot" stage and past [ PCI Configuration end, bridges 9, devices 22 ]

Afterwards, it's :

AppleALC no property-id... (shouldn't stop boot from prior experience but not sure)

Please read and comply with the forum rules, in particular the one regarding profiles.
Link to profile - Just three items - Motherboard (or prebuilt system), Processor (CPU) and Graphics.

NVidia RTX 2080 Super with Max-Q design
There are no drivers for this in any Apple OS.

You have not enabled any of your SSDT files.

Using a Desktop SMBIOS (iMac19,1) with a Laptop is wrong.

Hey there @P1LGRIM. Thanks for the advice.
I apologize for not updating my profile. I've just got this machine and I won't lie, I entirely forgot. It's updated now :)

I knew there went any drivers for the RTX card, but I know optimus used to cause issues so I just want to mention it.

I should have looked at my bloody config. I didn't save in ProperTree *facepalm*. The simple things that slip me up...

I've followed your guides as well as a few different modifications for hardware compatability. I’m further along in the boot and get here.

Alright, looks like I should be set up now. Still hanging for a while at [EB.LD.LCK|R.1] <"System\Library [...] "> until proceeding for a few seconds until getting here. EFI & log image attached. Thanks for all the help! :) Does the forum accept donations?
Edit 1: Correcting and clarifying things
Edit 2: Donations
Edit 3: AIDA 64 Report

lilu kext should be at the top of your list in your config.plist

may be best to disable VoodooI2C* kexts until you have installed macOS

use a usb mouse if needed

wegnoegpu should be -wegnoegpu

replace OpenHfsPlus.efi with HFSPlus.efi
