In your kexts you have FakeSMC.kext and in your drives you have VirtualSMC.efi. Remove VirtualSMC.efi in your drives, it's for VirtualSMC.kext before, now it's include in VirtualSMC.kext.

Okay, I just switched DMAR to MATS. Lets see if that makes a difference. What is that? Just curious.

Again try removing AHCI_Intel_Generic_SATA.kext
