Unable to boot install usb media

Hello!
Since two days I´m trying to install catalina on ma hackintosh.
After selecting "install macOS catalina" in clover I get the following three lines and then the system is stucked:

OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.eif
using reloc block: yes, hibernate wake: no

My Hardware:
Xeon E5-2690v4 (14 Cores, 28 Threads)
Asrock X99M Extreme4
2x 16 GB Corsair DDR4 2666MHz
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB
Sapphire RT5700XT 8GB

The base of my EFI folder is this koush/EFI-X99.
I attached my EFI folder contents and photos of my UEFI settings.

I don´t know what to do and I´m very frustrated, please give me some advice!

Clover should be updated.
Lilu.kext and AppleALC.kext should be updated.
XHCI-x99-injector.kext is superseded by XHCI-unsupported.kext.

This is because you are using the wrong memory fix driver.
for X99 builds we used to suggest OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi but more recently the developer has advised against its use.

Well, I did what you suggested, unfortunately the error is still existing:

Freeing low memory (up to 0x20000000)
Result = 0

I attached the new EFI folder again, hopefully I missed something.

No you didn't.

Clover still has the old folder structure.
XHCI-unsupported.kext is missing.

I used the update method with the clover configuration tool, deleted XHCI-x99-injector.kext and added USBInjectAll from your link above.
How should the new folder structure look like?

You should be installing XHCI-unsupported.kext not USBInjectAll.kext although it will not hurt to install USBInjectAll.kext.
On the download page click Download repository and then install XHCI-unsupported.kext.

If Clover was up to date then your drivers would be in /EFI/CLOVER/drivers/UEFI not /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI.

Ok, now I got it and made a huuuuuuuuuuuge progress!!!!
Seems to be booted to the installer but the graphics is damaged (see the screenshot the big grey sqare is the mousearrow and i can move it, also attached new EFI.zip).

You may need WhateverGreen.kext for your graphics card (if it is supported).
No need to boot with nvda_drv=1. The same goes for NvidiaWeb. You don't have Nvidia graphics.

Ok, I removed it again, I have no idea why the injector.kext file was there again!

Hmm ok I will try that, but the RX 5700 TX should be natively supported by catalina.

Yes I noticed your advice, I can exchange the SSD later, but now I want to make sure that I can see an install dialog^^
