Had no problem to create a Unibeast USB following the High Sierra guide but I’m unable to boot from it.
I loaded the Optimized Defaults settings in the BIOS, didn’t saw any CFG-Lock option and VT-d is greyed out so I guess my system doesn’t have those. OS type set to Other OS, Secure Boot Mode and IO Serial disabled and XHCI Hand-off enabled.
Note that I already have a SSD with a corrupted High Sierra install (and Clover 4359 if I remember) and another one that I erased with Disk Utility in recovery mode.
I tried all my USB ports and none mounted it (the black ones are USB 2.0 right ?)
What’s strange is that I installed High Sierra on the now corrupted SSD with the same USB thumb. Also installed High Sierra on the new SSD with that very same USB yesterday, but with the Vanilla Guide instead. Does this mean that my Unibeast drive has a problem ?
I also tried UEFI only and Legacy only for the Storage Boot Option Control.
My boot options seems overcrowded even when setting the BIOS Boot options to disabled except for the first couple that I set to UEFI:USB and USB.
So, my question is what should I do next ?
Thanks.
