The Atheros support in OS X is for older cards that generally don't come on newer computers.

yes you are right but im not looking for a newer ultrabook i want to now wich ultrabook have this card and buy it on ebay

I don't think you'll find one. But good luck...

Better chance of finding an Ultrabook with a supported (newer) broadcom chip.

And there are some Ultrabooks with replaceable half-mini PCIe WiFi. I have a Lenovo u430 here as an example.
