After reading the sticky I almost feel compelled not to try and just to shell out the $$$ for a macbookair. Is there such a thing as a 100 % compatibility hackintosh NB, preferably one that is based on an ultrabook (thin)?

If you were intimidated by the information in the sticky, then this (hackintoshing) is probably not for you. Seriously though, the only popular laptop (that I know anyway) with good compatibility is the HP Probook series. With that said, I am certain that there are other laptops that will work just as fine as the Probook, one such laptop is my own Inspiron n5050. It's not as straightforward as the Probook installation, but with research and experimentation, I was able t get it working just fine. Point being, you have to research compatible laptops and purchase a similar one, or look for hardware that is confirmed working then get a laptop with the aforementioned hardware.

Also, contrary to the sticky, Apple updates have never caused my hackintosh to stop functioning and I've done this too many times now.

Google translate:
"hello that such I should like my ultabook and tried to install snow leopard, but I do not recognize the hard disk equal, you are the experts in the field and wanted to see if I recommend it or not

ultrabook is my samsung np530, i3 5 series if I can help it would be great as internet and looked everywhere and found nothing concerning"

Please... English only. And read the rules, since it is clear you have not: http://www.tonymacx86.com/faq.php

As far as SL on your laptop, it depends on specifically what CPU is in the laptop.
