Ultra Gaming 2.0 OPTANE

Hi, I just purchased the motherboard Aorus Ultra Gaming 2.0 Optane, and a 8700k.

My intention is to install windows in a hdd and link it with optane, and buy a SSD and another HDD to install High Sierra, using SSD to the system and HDD to user files.

The first problem that I have encountered, Optane and Win HDD need the bios setting RST, not AHCI, and i dont know what the next step to make this work.

Im new on hackintosh setup, sorry for my english, in my country there is no information available about hackintosh

Optane memory does not require you to use RST instead of AHCI. Use RST only if you are using a RAID setup. See the Gigabyte instructions for installing the M.2 Optane drive and installing Optane app in the Windows 10 with the UEFI set to AHCI on the PCIe port where you have installed the Optane drive.
