UHD630 wake issue: Lowest freq locked to 350mhz & cant sleep again

Hi, I do a lot of research but I can't even figure out what causes this.

Everything else is perfect. However, when my laptop wakes up from sleep, the lowest frequency of UHD630 GPU will be occasionally locked to 350mhz (which is normally 0mhz).
If this happens, the laptop will not be able to sleep again. The screen will turn off, but it will not go into sleep and just freeze.

The related info:
CPU: i7 9750H
IGPU: UHD 630
DGPU: Nvidia GTX1650
SYS: Catalina 10.15.3
Bootloader: Clover
SMBIOS I use: Macbook pro 15,1

I use WhateverGreen to drive UHD630, with hotpatch to disable the Nvidia GPU.
I have tried a lot but nothing helps. Plz let me know if you have any idea about this. Thank you.

I have the same issue. I have the Dell XPS 7590. I found that the screen, when it "turns off" it can't come back on even if the laptop isn't sleeping.

I have a 4k OLED screen. How about you?

If not then there may be something other than the screen causing the issue.
 
Mine is a normal 1080p IPS LCD screen.
But seems we have the exact same CPU and GPU.

So it is not a specific issue on a specific laptop model. My laptop is a Tongfang GK5CP6X ODM model.

I think it might be related to the MEI, but I have no idea how to validate it.

btw, which model do you select in the Clover's SMBIOS settings?
 
The log when dead sleep happened.

The kernel didn't go on after "PMRD: Requested wrangler idle".
