I have the system in my profile OC to the following

bus: 172
mem: 1376 (8x)
cpu: 3612 (21x, turbo 3784 22x)
QPI: 6192
core: 3096 (18x)
PCI: 100
CPU adv features enabled.

I kept the voltage at "standard" and tested the system with Prime95 for a couple of hours with stress test. It proved to be a stable heater. Because the OC is not extreme do I need to adjust the voltages?

Try checking stability with Intel Burn Test (in Windows). 5-10mins of that can show up problems that wont appear until several hours of testing using P95...as I read, and found to be true!

Perhaps you'll be lucky and indeed find no need to increase any voltages to be truly stable.

Thanks for the info. I read about Intel's burn test and see it can really stress the system in a short amount of time. I am not blessed with access to a windows partition but found a bootable CD with tools for testing. http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html

Use LinX, as IBT doesn't use all 8 threads. Just make sure you use a problem size of 25K or higher. You can obviously use "standard" voltage, but your chip very well may run with an even lower Vcore. Mine, for example, can hit 4.0 with only 1.188v.
