Tufs starting boot loop....help needed!

I have a fully functioning Yosemite install running clover. I am however having a horrible issue where if I restart I often get to tufs starting and then reboots.....it seems like luck when it actually does boot.

it has to be something with the video card my gtx970 because if I do nv_disable=1 I boot fine no issue.

Any my ideas on what might be causing this and how to solve?
