Trying to upgrade to ML

I don't know what is going on, but I have tried numerous times to create a bootable USB for ML and every time I try, on boot, when Chimera loads, I hit enter and it never sees my USB flash drive. I am using a USB 3.0 flash drive that i just bought today, think that could be the problem? It shows up fine in Lion, just never on boot up. I did create it using Unibeast 1.5.1 the Mountain Lion version. My ProBook 4530s has 12GB of RAM in it, might that be the problem?

Rebuild your USB using unibeast 1.5.2, USB2 and remove 4G memory. Probook only support 8G memory without any issue. Mismatch memory can cause you problem.
