ok it seems people with hd 4000 are still having issues so I'll try to explain my steps in more detail.

prelude - flash the modified h77m-itx UEFI *bios* (attached) you need to figure out how to do this. also, make sure to set your graphics card memory to 64mb in UEFI.

1. install ml using Unibeast method - no boot flags required (a few minutes into install, screen will go white, don't worry, let it restart on it's own)
2. after install, boot using unibeast drive into the newly installed OS.
3. run multibeast. use the dsdt file I attached for HD4000 audio/hdmi all working. checkmark everything you see in the attached image.
4. Open your Mountain Lion drive, go to /System/Library/Extension and delete the NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext.
5. Put the patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext on your Desktop and install it using KextBeast.
6. Open multibeast, and reapply system utilities
7. add following key and string to /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist
<key>Graphics Mode</key>

<string>1920x1080x32</string>
<string>7f0000000100000001000000730000000200000002010c00d041030a000000000101060000027fff04002c0000004100410050004c002c00690067002d0070006c006100740066006f0072006d002d006900640000000800000005006201140000006800640061002d0067006600780000000d0000006f6e626f6172642d31</string>

8. Run Chimera 1.11.0
9. Reboot and enjoy.
