Trying to install OSX 10.6 on an ascer aspire one d250

I have been trying to install OSX 10.6 on my acer aspire however i have been running into issues. When i go to boot it will almost imediatly reboot the whole computer. So then i tryed to boot it in safe mode and it dose get much further than without any boot arguments however when it gets to a serten point usualy when its loading some USBAudio stuff it again reboots. Any help would be super helpfull.
