I am trying to install BIG SUR on a Gigabyte TRX40 AORUS PRO WIFI (rev. 1.0) Threadripper 3970X using Opencore.

The installation starts but at about "12 min left until completion" the screen freezes and I have to aboard the installation.
The last entry in the DEBUG File is the "EXITBS:START" Error.

I did the MMIO Whitelisting, but that didn't stop the freeze

I have found several users on the net with the same problem, so far none of the suggested solutions have worked.
Anybody any ideas on where to look for a solution?

Please read and comply with the rules, in particular the one regarding profiles.
Link to profile - Just three items - Motherboard (or prebuilt system), Processor (CPU) and Graphics.

GPU is a Geforce GTX 770, which is natively supported by macOS up to Big Sur (latest)
If it has native support why have you disabled the drivers in your config.plist ?

There are no "drivers" in MacOS.
You are misinformed.
There are drivers and you have disabled them with the nv_disable=1 boot argument.

Code:
 <dict>
                    <key>#INFO (prev-lang:kbd)</key>
                    <string>en:252 (ABC), set 656e3a323532</string>
                    <key>ForceDisplayRotationInEFI</key>
                    <integer>0</integer>
                    <key>SystemAudioVolume</key>
                    <data>Rg==</data>
                    <key>boot-args</key>
                    <string>-v debug=0x100 keepsyms=1 nv_disable=1</string>
                    <key>csr-active-config</key>
                    <data>AAAAAA==</data>
                    <key>prev-lang:kbd</key>
                    <string>en-US:0</string>
                    <key>run-efi-updater</key>
                    <string>No</string>
                </dict>

The GPU does not need drivers. There are no "drivers" in MacOS.
the Intel HD630 in your profile and signature (not sure why it is listed twice?) is fine to use

No HD630 in a Threadripper 3970X.

@P1LGRIM @Feartech
I have 4 Hackintoshes. The signature allows only 3 Lines entry. The "Build signature" in the profile settings allows only intel CPU and no AMDs.
So tell me: Where should I put the 4th AMD Hackintosh's hardware profile?

If you have something to contribute towards a solution, you are welcome to comment.
If it's just about the limited signature and hardware profile settings on this website, I am the wrong person to talk to and this is definitely the wrong post for opening a discussion about "why there is no HD630 in an AMD processor".

Wow, so much to say about this comment...
