Mac Pro 5,1 system definition doesn't really match your hardware, suggest iMac 14,2.
Set memory profile to default.

Thank´s for the reply, you think that´s causing my troubles?
what do you mean with memory-reset and how do i make it?
How can I figure out the best definition for my hardware?

Is your memory set as Profile 1 XMP in the BIOS. If so set it to default.
Imac 14,2 is the closest system definition for your hardware.
Give it a whirl and see how it pans out for you.

Thank you, you made me so happy!!!!
It´s working just the way it´s meant to be now now!!!

It is stil freezing in rendomly:(

The bios flash to version F8 brought no solution
Any other ideas?

Firstly I would take a look to see if my Ram is on the memory support list on Gigabyte'e website. is your PSU Haswell ready, meaning does it support low output. Then see what peripherals I have connected that may or may not cause the freeze. Try disconnecting them adding them one by one and test for a period of time before connecting each another. Are you running the latest version OS X.
