Upgrading from Yosemite to El Capitan and having difficulty getting to the Unibeast Installer. Keeps hanging at Apple Logo.
Verbose mode sits for a while, but then eventually gets to the Apple Logo with progress bar (grey - so, no progress) and just sits. Eventually gets to the spinning color wheel and hangs.
I was able to get in once and foolishly let nVidia do it's own update, which caused all sorts of havoc resulting in starting from a fresh clone of my 10.10 drive. But, now can't get into Unibeast.
What's weird is the USB stick just shows as MAC OS X in the BIOS, where it used to show as UEFI: MAC OS X.
On internal graphics with all GPU removed. Only the volume I'm trying to install to is connected. Pretty minimal system at the moment.
Any suggestions?
