Trouble switching to RX850 from 1050 ti Video Card

I recently upgraded to Catalina so thought I better also upgrade my Video Card to AMD so I went with an RX850. My old Video Card was a Nvidia 1050 ti.

I added Lilu and WhatEverGreen to "Other". Both are the latest versions.
I never had NvidiaGraphicsFix so I didn't need to remove it.
I did a clean install with Mojave on a new SSD and upgraded to Catalina so I never added the web drivers.
Didn't have CUDA installed.

Catalina runs on the 1050 ti but as soon as I swamp out the 1050 ti for the RX850 I get no further than...

Couldn't allocate runtime area
Boot Failed: will sleep for 10 seconds before exiting...

Swamp back to the 1050 ti and all is well.

Any suggestions?

Sorry got the video card wrong. It's a rx580.

Use slide=0 or try disable iGPU in bios.

Use slide=0 or try disable iGPU in bios.

This BIOS only has the following:
Initiate Graphic Adapter - set to PEG
IGD Multi-Monitor - set to Disabled

When Clover starts up I get an error - AMF: Only 128/256 Slide values are usable!
Valid Slides: 128-255

but with the 1050 Ti video card installed it quickly moves on and boots up.
