Trouble Installing Mac OS Sierra

Hi there!
I'm having major trouble successfully installing Sierra on my custom PC and am hoping to find the help I need!

PC Specs:
Motherboard: AMD Z170 PRO GAMING
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 380
Processor: Intel Core i5-6500 3.20GHz (4CPUs)
RAM: 8GB DDR4

Problems:
Some problems I have come across are during installation, a cirlce with a line through it stops the installation process.
In past attempts, I have gotten past the installation but my graphics card would not work.

If there is any way this can be helped I would really apreciate it. Thanks!
