TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 in Windows 8?

Anyone get the TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 working in Windows 8? When I attempt to install the driver, Windows 8 gets corrupted to the point where it refuses to even boot! Works fine in Windows 7 though.

Windows 8 already has the drivers for this card. Mine detects during installation and connects to my Windows Live account to retrieve all my saved preferences, desktop etc during the final stages of install. There is no need to install any drivers for this card in OSX, Linux or Windows 8.

OK thanks. It might be that the driver is corrupting something when I try to install it. I'll give Win 8 another try, this time without installing the driver.
