Make sure your router is transmitting on a supported 2.4GHz or 5.2GHz channel. Go to the About This Mac > System Report > Network > Wi-Fi > Supported Channels

I had to change my router's main channel to support macOS channels for one of my WiFi cards. (I can't recall if it was a T9E or another compatible card.

Bottom-line. The T9E does work in macOS. I have one, and it works great!

Yes, it works great. I've just put FakeSMC.kext in /EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other, and it works like a real Mac. I've my 2 Ethernet - Intel and Atheros - and WiFi fully working. Thanx
