Toshiba Satellite L50-A-11R Mojave Sound and ACPI Patch Problems

In the appendix, I have successfully installed Mojave on the device whose log is the Clover and Ioreg file. But voice IDT is not active in any way. Also, I could not activate the screen lighting Fn hotkey. Which Patches should I do? Can you help with Clover and ACPI? I could not find resources on the internet about this device. Thanks....
