So, the problem is that it appears again and again. Is there any ways to prevent this?
Is the only this? I'm afraid of updateing the BIOS..You COULD try to reflash the BIOS and you MAY be done

I don't have drivers that have a bootloader installed except my drive with OS X on it.How many drives do you have in your system that have a bootloader installed? As the linked guide said, the problem is caused by multiple drives, each with a bootloader.
It is also caused by removing drives, installing on another drive and reconnecting the first drive.
I deleted Clover boot entries and unplugged my drive with Windows. And several time. Unfortunately, nothing changed. Clover boot entries still appear. Also have 2TB drive with windows on it. Can it be the cause of the problem?
