to the experienced builder...what's your advice?

I am updating my graphics card GTX 760SC to an unsupported RTX card. So here is the question: Is there a way I can hook up the GTX card when I want to boot my Hackintosh? Besides re-installing the card, of course. Is an external GPU case my only option? If so, newegg eGPU cases are pretty expensive. Let me know what the pros think. Thanks.

Nvidia cards do not work in eGPU with a Mac at least not the cards I have maybe a 760 would work but I have no idea the 970 and 1080 I have do not work. You could use the IGPU but I am not sure what the last OS to support the
Intel® HD Graphics 4600 that your CPU has.
