[CLOSED] TL-WDN4800 frequent disconnect 10.7.4

Has anyone figured out yet why the TP-Link TL-WDN4800 drops connection so often? This seems to be the case for both Mountain Lion and Lion. I'm running Lion 10.7.4, I don't think I had to install a network driver with Multibeast- card worked out of the box.

My connection is mostly good and then randomly disconnects. I check the menu bar icon, and it says: "Wi-Fi- Looking for Networks..." even though it shows that it is still connected to my wifi network.

I have found so far that if I disconnect and try to reconnect, mostly, this does not fix the problem. However, once I reboot, my connection is restored, and everything works like normal until it gives out again.

couple more things to note:

- disconnect seems to happen when downloading volume goes up
- connection speeds are significantly lower than my other computers on the same network

think this was an issue on my end. I found I was on a wifi channel that another person in my area was also on. I switched channels, and have not had problems since.
