Thunderbolt3 vs USB-C will it work on Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI + UAD Apollo Twin

So here I'am after couple of days tweaking with a lot of help from all those great people around here. issue posted here.

Anyone who could help me on the right add-on to get Thunderbolt working at the USB-C for a UAD Apollo Twin

Should I go for the
GC-Alpine Ridge?
or
ASUS ThunderboltEX

And what will work?

Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI rev 1.0
Internal I/O Connectors
1 x Thunderbolt™ add-in card connector

Perhaps you should consider the newer GC Titan Ridge?

The Alpine ridge is made by Gigibyte same as your board. The Asus only has one thunderbolt port not two. @Jamesbond007 suggests the Titan Ridge that card and the Alpine are very similar however the Titan does DisplayPort 1.4. You also might consider replacing your mother board:

yeah what a big fail.. I followed the buyers guide. and thought that Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI would be able to run Thunderbolt since I saw that USB-C was working, and I just could use the Apple USB-C to Thunderbolt adapter.. but spoiler... docent work :/
