Yes, and you have a BIOS patched to unlock the MSR and allow native power managemant right here: http://biosrepo.wordpress.com/asrock/b75/
Download it, flash your board according to the instructions in the manual and install OS X per http://www.tonymacx86.com/61-unibeast-install-os-x-mountain-lion-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html
