It's difficult to do that complete pre-built for $70 as in the video. Unless you drag one out of a dumpster. It does work really well though considering the small investment of time and effort to get macOS running on the Elite 8300.

The creator of that video is trying to make it dramatic to get lots of views. That's why he's claiming that it performs better than a 2000 dollar MBP. It attracts more views. He even admitted that himself in the comments section.
