The GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 HELP ?

hey guys me again so my last build went well ( http://tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=56438 ) but now i am thinking on upgrading my Mobo to a GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 because there is more SATA ports ram ports etc (iv got 2 graphics cards and a TV tuner i want to put in)

so is there going to be any issues with this mobo (i have found it cheapest for $171 NZD on sale so a quick reply would be good )

The mentioned motherboard should work. Make sure you configure the BIOS correctly.

Yea thanks but I have been looking around all day and night and fount this one cor $240NZD a Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3 , what do you think?
