No idea what you're asking.
Your AppleIntelInfo output shows everything working as expected.

My idea is that the 200 to 500 (non turbo mode) works. But the jump to 1100 (turbo) does not exist. I talking always about gpu.

To the contrary... your AppleIntelInfo shows x22 IGPU pstate (seems likely input clock is 50Mhz).

Maths do not fail .. Maybe I will ask @Sniki if fin can give AppleIntelInfo log to see how it looks just out of curiosity ... it's almost the same hardware

Comparing output between same/similar computers is a good way to verify things.

You need stress GPU for got pstate
 
Ok i will try that tomorrow, since im just about to go sleep since its almost 2 am in my time zone.

i will be doing some various Benchmarks so i can include the results on my guide which will be hopefully updated tomorrow.

No idea what you're referring to.

50 x 22= 1100

The calculations are correct and looks good in the ioreg but if I compare to see similar hardware as better imo.

Going from memory of your AppleIntelInfo, 1100 matches your IGPU Max.
You will need to be more clear regarding the problem you perceive.
