System wont start after changing Motherboard

My Hack broke down, my motherboard died on my and I have now changed the Motherboard and now my hack wont start, both my windows disk and my apple disk wont start up the system, is there anything i need to be aware of? Do i need to run multibeast again or do I need to do a clean install?

What happens when only the Mac disk is active it seems like Lion is starting up but after being stuck on the loading screen for a while i get the b/h "stop" sign.

What do I do?

it's normally recommended that you do a fresh install of any OS when you change the mobo in your system........

But before that have you reset all of your bios settings to what they were on the old mobo?

Windows is on a separate HDD and it wont boot ether?
