System Preferences for trackpad cause preferences to quit

When I click on trackpad in system preferences if causes system preferences to "quit unexpectedly". It only does this for the trackpad. I can open panels for everything else. The trackpad itself seems to be working ok.

Every time I try to open preferences for my Magic Trackpad 2 I get "Preferences Quit Unexpectedly". It appears to only do this for trackpad. I can open other preferences without a problem.

Running 10.12.4

I have restored permissions, but it had no effect.
