System freezes (video problems maybe)

Hi everyone, i hope you can help me out....i've built a hackintosh last year based on skylake and el capitan for a friend of mine. The thing is that the computer freezes from time to time while watching videos online (youtube or movies), sometimes it doesn't happen for a whole week but other times it happens a few times in the same day. i followed the installation guide and applied the pixelclock patch because the display is 21:9 (2560 by 1080 i think) and el capitan didn't recognize the screen resolution by default.

My specs are as follows, please let me know if i need to add more details.

I3 6100 processor
Z170M E-D3 Mobo
8 GB ram Crucial ballistix sport 1866 mhz
Western digital blue 1 TB
Crucial MX200 250GB SSD (system installed on this drive)

Also i have an ioreg file created after a system crash attached to this post so you can help me out, ill be waiting any help, cheers
