Hi, I haven't rebooted or restarted in a while, so I don't know exactly when this problem started.
I was upgrading to Big Sur and when the initial installer app went to restart, the OS froze after closing the open apps and showed only the desktop wallpaper.
After rebooting, I tried both a restart and reboot without running the Big Sur installer and it froze the same both times.
Not sure how to troubleshoot this.
EFI attached. Suggestions appreciated!
